Products are designed using the latest 3D Computer Aided Design technology. Designs are evaluated using Finite Element Analysis. Prototype parts are then manufactured and tested in various static test rigs before being fitted to test vehicles for performance testing.
These vehicles are fitted with dynamic sensors and data loggers which record what is happening to the suspension or coupling in real time.
Products are tested under all types of road conditions to check for strength and performance in the harsh Australian conditions.
