VEHICLE COMPONENTS QUALITY POLICY
Vehicle Components Pty Ltd manufactures and retails trailer parts. We wish to achieve and maintain the reputation and image of Quality which the Company has developed over more than 25 years.
The management and employees pride themselves in providing quality products and efficient service that exceed customer expectations. This is achieved through the implementation and maintenance of a quality system to ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Systems - Requirements.
We will deal openly with our clients, colleagues and suppliers to ensure that we begin and maintain honest, open and positive relationships.
In order to ensure the highest quality of technology and service we will provide our staff with appropriate training and development, empowering staff to realise their full potential.
The Company recognises the competitive nature of the market place and has a policy of proactive Continuous Improvement in all aspects of the business.
It is the task of every employee of the company to actively support and participate in this initiative.
