After final development testing, machining data is passed directly via a DNC link to CNC turning and milling equipment. Use of such technology guarantees efficient production of the highest consistency. All this is supported by award winning Quality Systems. We currently have 3 CNC lathes, one of which has a 3 metre bar feed. This gives Vehicle Components the ability to turn material up to 110mm in diameter. Also in our machine shop we have a new Quantum machining centre and CNC saw.
