We employ the latest 3D CAD modeling technology incorporating Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to verify designs prior to prototype manufacture and bench testing. Our engineering team regularly perform field testing and evaluation of products and prototypes. We use MOTEC data logging equipment to collect information on suspension performance and use this information to feedback into our product development efforts.
In our Geebung manufacturing plant we currently have 5 CNC lathes, 3 of which are bar fed. This gives Vehicle Components the ability to turn precision parts up to 110mm in diameter. Also in our machine shop we have 2 machining centre, CNC saw, Motoman robotic welder and numerous other state of the art equipment.
