Many people have a go at building themselves a trailer. The results are often exceptional. Preparation is the key to success and understanding the rules and regulations.
Many questions need to be answered before the first weld is made. Will I need brakes? What brakes should I use? Is a square axle better than round? What size should it be? Suspension? Leaf, shackle, independent, rubber? What about if I want to go offroad?
If it becomes too hard don't fret, give us a ring. Better still come and see us and we'll show you the parts you will need to best suit your application. Have a look at the link below to get you started.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure advice is current it remains the trailer builders responsibility to confirm that the trailer conforms to local registration requirements which differ from state to state.
