VC Handbrake

The updated HITCHMASTER® Handbrake lever compliments the HITCHMASTER® range. Small changes in geometry have improved both feel and effectiveness. The handbrake is available in both standard or sidemount versions. It can be fitted stand alone or bolted to our HITCHMASTER® couplings or a number of 50mm couplings.

Using laser cut technology, with a double arm for strength and with a hard wearing Super Alloy 5 finish, this is the best handbrake available on the market.

The handbrake cable can be mounted in 3 positions to obtain the optimum lever ratio (feel).

For optimum handbrake performance a separate Bowden cable is available which will provide an increase in efficiency over the standard cable.
