In order to ensure our products do the job and to provide feedback for the next generation of products Vehicle Components carries out extensive testing in the field and has made a number of test trailers to help carry this out.
Each trailer is able to be fitted with Mo-Tec data logging equipment to monitor what is happening to the trailer and its components over different surface conditions.
Information such as shock absorber temperature, suspension position, vehicle speed and G forces on the trailer are stored for later analysis.
In addition to local testing, the company aims to perform one major trip each year to put our product through its paces in real and remote conditions ensuring that all components will perform above expectation.
